✅ New Features – Beautiful Code #61
These past few days I’ve had a bit of time to rethink some aspects of JSON Fields, and I’ve been implementing new features that I believe will make it a really useful tool for some developers and their clients. One of these new additions is user accounts, which will allow us to store your files on our servers so you can have online files.

These past few days I’ve had a bit of time to rethink some aspects of JSON Fields, and I’ve been implementing new features that I believe will make it a really useful tool for some developers and their clients. One of these new additions is user accounts, which will allow us to store your files on our servers so you can have online files.
What does “online files” mean?
It means that your files will be accessible via API, allowing you to use JSON Fields as a lightweight CMS for JSON files. I’ll share more details once everything is more polished. For now, it’s still a work in progress ;)
Meanwhile, I’m also wrapping up projects for my clients — lots of things need to be finished before the end of the year so we can all enjoy a calm and relaxing Christmas holiday and year-end :)
Hope you have a great week!
Before you continue I want to remind you that you can support Beautiful Code buying me a coffee ☕️ I love good coffee! 😍

🔨 Tools & Resources
1. Day.js
Day.js is a minimalist JavaScript library (≈ 2 KB) for parsing, validating, manipulating and formatting dates and times — working both in browser and Node.js.
It offers an API very similar to the more-famous (but heavier) Moment.js, but remains lightweight, immutable (date operations return new objects), chainable, and ideal when you want compact, performant date handling.
2. Ant Design
Ant Design is a comprehensive enterprise-grade design system and UI component library (primarily for React, but also available for Angular or Vue) that helps developers and designers build consistent, professional web interfaces quickly.
It includes a rich set of ready-made components (forms, tables, modals, navigation, grids, etc.), theming and customization options, internationalization support, and a design language built for usability and scalability.
3. Visitors.now
Visitors.now is a lightweight real-time analytics tool that shows who’s on your site right now and how they interact with your pages. It gives instant insights into visits, referrers, device types and live activity without the complexity of traditional analytics platforms. It’s designed to be fast, privacy-friendly and incredibly easy to embed. Perfect for makers who want quick, live visibility into their traffic.
