👋 I'm back – Beautiful Code #45

I just got back from vacation! I took some time off to disconnect and spend time with my family. It was really good to hit reset and get back to work feeling 100% recharged.

Hey! It’s Marc 👋

How are you? Hope the last few weeks have been great for you!

I just got back from vacation! I took some time off to disconnect and spend time with my family. It was really good to hit reset and get back to work feeling 100% recharged.

While I was away, something happened that I wanted to share with you—it honestly made my day.
As you know, in Beautiful Code I pick tools that I believe can be useful for your daily work and your projects. Some of these tools have affiliate programs, and others don’t. I never choose tools based on that, but if the tool happens to have an affiliate program, I share the link with you. This means that if you sign up or purchase one of the tools I recommend, I receive a small percentage. While that’s not the main reason I write this newsletter, it does help and motivates me to keep researching and sending it out every week.

Well, during my time off I received three emails from Lovable’s affiliate program letting me know that someone had made a purchase through my link. It’s not a lot of money, but you have no idea how happy it made me. Not because of the money itself, but because it shows that the newsletter is useful and that the tools I share are actually helping you 😊

That’s all—I won’t ramble any more!

Here’s this week’s content!

If you're new here, let me quickly explain what Beautiful Code is all about. 👇

1. UIverse

Uiverse.io is a community-powered, open-source library of UI elements that developers and designers can freely use. You can browse and copy components—such as buttons, inputs, cards, loaders, checkboxes, toggle switches, and more—in HTML/CSS, Tailwind, React, or Figma format. All elements are free for personal and commercial use and published under the MIT license. With thousands of contributions and updates, Uiverse is a go-to resource for rapid UI prototyping and inspiration.

2. Basecoat

Basecoat is a lightweight, open-source UI component library built with Tailwind CSS designed to work with any web stack—no React required. It brings the elegance and theming of shadcn/ui to plain HTML, Alpine.js, or traditional server-rendered stacks like Flask, Rails, or Django. Just include the stylesheet, drop in simple class names (e.g., btn, input, card), and you’re good to go. It’s accessible, dark‑mode friendly, customizable, and framework-agnostic. Perfect for clean, maintainable UIs with minimal setup.

3. CSV to HTML Table

The CSV to HTML Table tool is a simple, client-side JavaScript app hosted on Netlify that instantly converts any CSV file into an elegant, searchable, and filterable HTML table—no installation required, entirely running in your browser. It’s perfect for quickly visualizing CSV data in a clean, interactive format.
